My Perfect Cookie makes shaping a cookie dough log easy, and perfect. No need for parchment paper or cling film. Fill the shaper tube with fresh dough, then push the log shaped dough out into the storage tube. The perfect logs stay shaped, fresh and protected in the fridge and freezer. Once chilled, release the log and slice the cookies. Extra sliced cookie dough can be returned into the tube to chill or freeze, and to bake another time. Each kit contains a 11 length shaper tube and two 11 3/4 length storage tubes. These will hold two 10 cookie dough logs, 1 3/4 in diameter. My Perfect Cookie is best for making shortbread and sugar cookies, as well as crackers and dog biscuits.
