If you have any particular placement concerns, please message me. ** Name in 3rd Decade ** Enter a Name you would like in the 3rd Decade (10 characters or less), please write it in the "Options" section. You can use Grandma or any other special name. ** Add an Engraved Disc ** Select a Disc style from Picture 4 above. Enter the # of the Disc in the "Options" section. Then enter the Names that you would like engraved in the "Options" section. ** Gift Box Message ** Select a message for the gift box from Picture 5 above, and enter the letter of the message in the "Options" section.
